What counts as a "profile view"?
A profile view is counted each time you open a candidate's full profile from the search. Viewing the same profile multiple times counts as one — your remaining views are shown in real time on every search page.
Can I apply to a job for multiple candidates?
Yes — this is a consultancy-exclusive feature. Silver: 3 simultaneous applications per job, Gold: 5, Platinum: 7. Saves hours on high-volume placements.
How do Distribution Lists work?
Create segmented employer contact lists by industry or region. When marketing candidates, select profiles from your Hot List and blast to one or more distribution lists in a single action.
Is there a difference between Staffing and Employer accounts?
Yes. Staffing accounts have dedicated features not available to employers: Hot List marketing, Distribution Lists, multi-profile job apply, and a consultancy-positioned company profile.
Can we integrate with our ATS?
API access is available on the Platinum plan. Silver and Gold customers can contact us — we're actively building ATS integrations and often accommodate requests on a timeline.
Do unused views or job posts roll over?
Unused allowances don't roll over between subscription periods. However, deactivated jobs don't count against your active posting limit — freely deactivate and reactivate within any period.
